What area do you service?
 
We service the treasure valley region of Idaho.  From Boise to Caldwell, from Kuna to Emmet.  We offer customizable transport to Sunny slope trail, Eagle AVA wine region, historic sites located in Boise, Nampa, and beyond.

Where will you pick us up?
 
We pick up at many downtown Boise hotels and hotels located close to the wine country.  We also accommodate private locations such as residences or vacation homes, or otherwise agreed-upon locations.
 
Pickup location will be agreed upon as part of our service agreement, and communication will follow for confirmations, reminders, and other useful information.
 
What happens if it rains?
 
Weather events are outside of our control. With reasonable advance notice, tours can be rescheduled.
 
The weather events are welcomed in our region as it helps promote proper viticulture that improves your overall wine experience. We understand adverse weather may curb some enthusiasm, but we encourage you to proceed anyway: Our cars have secure, comfortable tops to keep you dry and cozy.
 

Are there other weather considerations to be aware of?
 

Yes, summer, temperatures can be sweltering . We take all necessary precautions to ensure your tour experience is pleasant and safe throughout the day. Including supplying water and cooling devices to use during your ride. Your tour may also involve stop inside tasting rooms or historical centers, to help cool you off during the excursion.

Is there an off-season?

Generally, our touring destinations are open all year long.

 
What is your cancellation policy?
 
A non refundable booking fee is required for all services.

How many people can come on tour in the Packard?
 
We typically accommodate parties up to 6 persons per car, and of course your chauffeur guide for the day! We are fully bonded and insured as a transportation charter company.
 
Is the tour price per person or per car charter ?
 
The tour price is per car charter, which accommodates a maximum of 6 passengers.  Macabre Tours and Christmas lights tours are charged per person. 
 
Is this a private tour or will others be joining us?
 
This is an exclusive private tour. Only you and those in your party will be on the tour.
 
Can I bring food or drink on the tour?
 
Given the delicate nature of our classic cars we don't allow for food or drinks to be enjoyed in the vehicle, other than bottled water and our complimentary sparkling cider.  There are many opportunities to get out of the car during the tour, including to explore, take pictures, enjoy a snack, and other needs. We suggest various lunch options as part of your tour, and wineries typically offer eats and munchies to accompany the tasting experience, or even food and wine pairing experiences upon demand. Please let us know your preferences and if a medical condition requires special consideration.
 
Are the tours for all ages?

Unfortunately, our cars do not accommodate car seats for infants or young children under age 8.   For wine tours, a minor under age 21 must remain with a guardian at all times and cannot consume wine, however wineries do tend to be family friendly and welcoming.

During other tours, like historic and scenic tours children may come along and enjoy the scenery, however there are still no way to accommodate car seats
